Location

When you drive north on Pendleton Ave from downtown, you’ll pass by the historic Falls Park main entrance, the police station, and the north entrance to Falls Park as you make your way to the main entrance of the Carrick Glen neighborhood.

It’s bordered on the east side by North Pendleton Ave and on the north side by county road West 600 South. The neighborhood is just far enough out of town to feel open and spacious but still only a couple of minutes to all downtown Pendleton has to offer.

If you continue North on Pendleton Ave, it joins with State Road 67. It’s just half a mile to I-69 and exit/entrance 222. You can go South to Noblesville, Fishers and Indianapolis or take it North to Anderson, Muncie and Ft Wayne.

It’s the best of both worlds – small town living with easy access to the big cities.
