You’ll have a great home selling experience that helps you achieve your goals!

Meeting with you at your home is the first step in the Seller Experience.

I want to see your home, how you live and listen as you share what your favorite features of the home have been. This is a large part of how I will market and sell your home.  It’s personalized to each and every seller.

We’ll also talk about the whole selling process so you know what to expect if we choose to work together. We’ll talk about your expectations, too!

The marketing is integral to success and will include syndication to over 950 websites (the biggest syndication in the industry), Social Media, Open Houses and more. The more exposure to the buyers out there, the better!

I will prepare a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for you. This will show us what the local real estate market will bear as far as pricing. I will be honest and upfront with you as we work towards creating a personalized strategy to sell your home for top dollar and on your timeline.

When we’re done, you’ll have all the information you need to make the right decision for you/your family.

Knowing what to expect makes you more comfortable!

Strategize

We meet, tour your home and then sit down and create a strategy plan that will help you reach your goals. We’ll talk marketing, home condition and price. Let’s get to it!

Pending Process

During this time, I will be in contact with you, the Title Co, the Lender and the other agent. We’ll negotiate through the inspection, appraisal and any other contingencies to get you to the closing table. We’re almost there!

Pre-Listing Checklist

From staging suggestions and small repairs to getting your professional photos and being ready to hit the market, we’ll work through making your checklist together!

Closing

You made it to the closing table! At the closing appointment, you will sign the Deed, among other things, to transfer ownership to the buyers. Don’t forget to bring the keys for the new owners to closing!

Receiving Offers

Once we’re live on the market, you’ll approve showings and receive offers. We’ll work to find/negotiate the best one for you. Now your home sale is Pending!

After the Sale...

It doesn’t end here. Unlike many agents, I like to keep in touch with my clients and continue to assist in anyway I can. You’re part of the GPS Real Estate family now!
