It actually kinda blows my mind. How will you ever be a homeowner if you don’t talk to a lender? (Unless of course, you hit the lottery or come into some serious money some other way, which is possible.) However, for the majority of us, to start living the American Dream of owning a home – we need a plan.

A lender’s job is to get you qualified for the mortgage loan at the amount you are comfortable with. They don’t get paid unless you close on a purchase of a home.
It’s in their best interest to work with you to get you to where you want to be! A lender worth anything will be honest and give you a plan regarding your finances to get you where you want to go!
It’s not scary, it’s helpful. We all need help every now and then. Take the help!!
